Introduction	What started out as a means-to-an-end to regain my sanity after entering motherhood, quickly became a blood-in-my-veins necessity. Perhaps it was born out of the desperation to communicate my own desires and thoughts after spending too many days mindlessly responding to those of my children. It's equally likely that I just needed to be re-introduced to my potential after years of mental dormancy. But it feels bigger than that-more intentional. It feels as if I was always meant to do it.
