Why don't you ever wear a scarf? It doesn't need to be cold outside for your neck to feel naked.
You've got to be kidding! I guess my neck only feels naked when it is cold enough. My winter jacket offers no accommodations as far as that goes. Only then will I brandish the likes of a scarf.
