| Introduction | I work in health insurance. The sheer stupidity & rudeness of the customers I deal with is so great that I felt compelled to start a blog about it all! I also throw in a few random encounters of stupidity/rudeness that I encounter outside my of workplace. For the purposes of anonymity, the company I work for shall be known as "Health Insurance Inc".
