Location	Greece
Introduction	What do you think of before you fall asleep? I invariably see myself under a tree picking fruit or in a kitchen with windows open to the sun, chopping vegetables, kneading bread, making yogurt. To me this means that food and its multiple functions are at the forefront of my mind, of my being. I am a professor of English by profession, a new mother, an old wife with many tales to tell, and in all of them somewhere there will be something about spices, or apples, or lemons, or bread: food! I like to have people around me who enjoy my cooking and I am blessed with a husband and a son who love to eat. And I have two kitchens: one nicely fitted out in Greece (our base) and another small but sunny in Bulgaria where we work and live for most of the year.
