| Introduction | My new novel Origins of Love has just been published two months ago. My first novel --Witness the Night won the Costa First Novel Award in 2010. It has been translated into over 25 languages and been shortlisted and longlisted for many awards.. Before that I wrote Darlingji: The True Love Story of Nargis and Sunil Dutt.And earlier worked in media --in tv and print. i started as a journalist in print and then moved onto television whre i worked as an anchor, script writer and producer... with most major networks in india and my last job was as vice president, zee telefilms. ....now am working on the next novel ---and also write fortightly columns for The Week magazine, The Asian Age newspaper as well as the Tribune newspaper. |
