Introduction I just gave birth! My daughter was born on the 18th of June 2011, her name is Cassie and she's fantastic! She likes to stand and goes through around 9 bibs a day!! Being a new mum I’m still learning the ropes, but it’s all pretty exciting and I think I’m doing alright  I'm a wife, some might say a young wife but i disagree, I married at 24 which I think is pretty reasonable! I had an awesome wedding! It was winter and I had big hair and red lipstick, we had spicy chicken wings and cupcakes.. all in all a lovely time. I am a Nurse, I work for the NHS, hard stuff! crazy hours and not much money but I have a soft spot for the oldies they make me smile  Went to Uni when I was 21, met my husband there! He too is a Nurse! But a very different one to me.. he specialises in Endoscopy which is far too complicated for me to understand.. I mostly make tea and give people their drugs which is lovely. Grew up in Reading, Berkshire, Moved to Slough (which is pretty grey) met my husband and ended up staying (although i'm working on getting him to run away to the seaside) I come from a bit of a funny old past, so pretty chuffed I've ended up as a normalish person hurrah 
Interests Patchwork quilts, painting, decorating flower pots, baking, clothes, music, Christmas, cupcakes, sunglasses, red lipstick, baby Zara, flowers, flowery clothes, flowery mugs, sparkly things, metallic stuff, gold jewellery, cider, seafood, mulled wine at Christmas, polka dots, swimming, penguins, Cath Kidston, big bags, sailors, tattoos, and walks. Favorite Movies I like English films, don't know why just find them less predictable.. But saying that I’ll watch anything really as long as it's not full of guns and explosions
Favorite Music All depends on the moment, but to round it up.. I walked down the aisle to Eva Cassidy- songbird, I cry to seal- kissed by a rose every time I hear it, love any kind of Christmas music, Ed Sheering’s the man at the moment, I think Bon Iver's voice is dreamy, Ellie Golding, Adele, Laura Marling and all the girly stuff, I used to listen to Rod Steward on the way to school, my Husbands introduced me to Nigerian music which always sounds happy, I really fancy Katy Perry and i love the cheesiness of the dirty dancing album..
Favorite Books It's embarrassing.. I've read all the Danielle Steel’s! Terrible
