| Introduction | I'm married to Tyler and a mommy to Madison Carol (DOB 12-13-2003) and Faith Ann (DOB 10-31-2006). I am a cancer survivor, diagnosed with Ocular Melanoma on 6-19-2006 while 17 weeks pregnant. I work as an Office Manager at Source Allies, Inc - an open source software development and network support company in Des Moines. I enjoy having the best of both worlds including being able to utilize my skills working outside the home on a part time basis while being able to spend extra time at home with my daughters.
