| Introduction | First off, I have a loving husband & loving family whom are supportive of everything I aspire to do! The only children in my home have four paws. I have a B.S. Degree in early childhood education and will be finishing my Masters Degree in one semester (Yep, you read that right! After 6 years of college I will finally be a licensed teacher & hopefully find a job doing one of the two things I love!) What is the other thing I love you ask? Making desserts! There is just something about making a sweet treat that puts a smile on my face! I love that a simple dessert can satisfy a sweet tooth & can be used to spread a little love in the lives of everyone you care about! I am somewhat of a novice baker so I invite you to come with me on my journey as I grow in the kitchen. (Hopefully it's my skill that grows not my waistline!) I"ll be trying recipes I find and link to where I find them, telling you how things turn out and sharing problems I encounter along the way, & hopefully after more practice in the kitchen I'll be able to come up with my own recipes to share!
