Introduction	I have recently returned to oil painting because of the luscious quality of the paint and the appealing nature of working in a small format. The formidable challenge of painting a work daily to document my growth as an artist is an exciting one and a far cry from my previous life as a nurse. I paint from life and from my photographs and will be posting them on this site. My other blog is a glimpse into my other interests and my challenge to try and produce some daily work with my printmaking, fiber art, mixed media, or photography.
