| Introduction | If you know nothing about me you should know that all I do today is so that tomorrow I can grow grapes, make wine and cook cool food with fun people. I am an accredited sommelier, a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America, and a lawyer. I am an inventor, a scientist, a pilot, an entrepreneur, and on occasion a beer drinker. I think Gin is the new Vodka and politics has its place at the dinner table, but not always. Although I often find myself looking to the stars on a clear summer’s night, I have to agree with Leonardo da Vinci that "The discovery of a good wine is increasingly better for mankind than the discovery of a new star”.
