Introduction	I am a writer and filmmaker from southwest Georgia. My southern upbringing is reflected in my writing and thoughts. I am desperately in love with my husband who I met in my favorite city on earth, Savannah, GA. Together, we work and play. He was diagnosed with lung cancer in 2013 and I am his caregiver, dedicated to doing all I can so that he gets the best treatment possible. I am also pursuing a MFA in film and television with plans to become a college professor.
