Why don't you ever wear a scarf? It doesn't need to be cold outside for your neck to feel naked.
I never used to wear scarves unless I was going to be spending some time outside and it was cold, but now I wear scarves (for warmth and fashion) on a regular basis. Simply keeping your neck warm does wonders for your overall body temp on chilly days!
