| Introduction | Hello and thank you for visiting “Finding Me, One Pound at a Time.” My name is Keiyana, I am 32, married with three children ages 11, 8, and 3. After giving birth to three amazing children, I have gained 70 pounds and lost sight of who I am. I struggled to learn the balance of managing a family and taking time out for me. The result I put myself last and my family first. I learned that I was not only unfair to myself but also my family too. So I decided to take control back over my life and share my journey to lose weight, and finding me one pound at a time. Thank you again and I hope to inspire at least one person along the way. |
