Introduction I'm 24 years old and over the past couple of years have found a huge interest in both nutrition and exercise. I've spent many years struggling with my weight but it is only since January 2009 that I started to take things seriously. I lost 1 stone 4lbs but after a major life crisis and several blips I'm back to square one..plus more! I've done it before and can do it again! I love my food and enjoy experimenting with new recipes however see exercise as a necessary evil. I eat clean, unprocessed foods and have so many favourites - oats, honey, sweet potato, yoghurt, salmon, cottage cheese, nut butters, bananas, chicken..the list really does go on! All of my meals are homemade unless I state otherwise and I use a website to workout my calorie consumption per day. I manage my macronutrient content and only eat clean, natural foods. I can't say that this lifestyle change is easy, but I am enjoying learning along the way and slowly creating the figure I've always dreamt of.
