| Introduction | I am a wife and mother of two who has never been particularly athletic. I have always wanted to try a triathlon, so for Mothers' Day combined with my 40th birthday my wonderful husband gave me a road bike and encouraged me to go for it! After one Sprint Tri, I was totally hooked! Now I'm training for an Olympic Triathlon, and since 2007 is the YEAR OF THE BIKE for me, a metic century (100k/62 miles). Join me for the ride... |
