Introduction	I was born on March 28th, 1947 in Lima Peru where my father, Paul Willey was based with Pan American-Grace Airways. We lived in Lima until the base was moved to Miami in 1955. During that time we made several trips from Lima to Miami for vacations and to Maine where my father’s family lived. I remember those long intercontinental flights very well, especially the later ones in the DC-6’s and our final trip in a new DC-7B. From this background, I learned to fly when I was in High School and it has been part of my life ever since.
