| Introduction | I am a 28 year old woman, professional student, artist, environmentalist, and mommy to a precious little girl named Leila McKenzie, born still at 36 weeks on May 16th, 2009. As an agnostic I feel hopelessly alone, lost and confused. My daughter's death has shaken me to the core and I don't know what to believe anymore. And while I know that I will forever be heartbroken over her death and I will never get over the loss of my baby girl I hope that being here can help me find my way again and help me to heal a little. |
