Introduction | God has blessed me with plenty of adventure in my 35 years of life! I’ve been fortunate to travel to many places, including: Africa, Australia, New Zealand, all over Europe and the United States. When I graduated from Texas Tech University in 1998 with a bachelor’s degree in journalism, I moved to London, England and began a career in advertising. Then I moved to Dallas, Texas to work for the same company. Later I made my way to the Monterey Peninsula in Central California where I continued to work in advertising, as well as at a winery in Carmel Valley as a wedding planner. I also spent time in Newport Beach, California before moving to Washington, D.C. to work in communications for the General Services Administration (GSA). In July 2009, I moved back to my hometown of Granbury, Texas, where I reside with my husband, Robert. I'm currently writing about stories of faith, life experience and recovery. |
