| Introduction | I'm a mom of three, grandmother of 12, great grandma of 6. I have been married for 48 years and have lived on my husband's family farm ever since. I never had a pet until I got married and then I have gone overboard with them! I have taken in strays, "dumplings" and rescued several pure breds. We also raised beef cattle and showed them and had a cow/calf operation for many years. Our kids all live nearby having built homes on the farm. I prefer quiet times and now that I'm older chaos isn't as great as it used to be! I would love to live near Lake Erie or even better, somewhere warm in the winter and by the ocean or gulf. I like being a loner. But I also like my friends, new and longtime. |

| Favorite movies | No particular favorites but I like old movies of the 30's and 40's. I love the era so I like seeing the sets and clothes. I also like any heartwarming movies, and sometimes any movie might interest me. |
| Favorite music | Most any music is great. I like light classical when I need peace and quiet, golden oldies to get me going, Southern gospel and some contemporary Christian for my spiritual times. But I like almost all music--sometimes even hiphop. |
| Favorite books | Most any Amish fiction, historical fiction and sometimes biographies or a good mystery. |
