Introduction	No, I'm not a nurse. I'm an Executive Coach, Facilitator, Consultant, and Trainer. A little past four year into my practice, I began working with nurses in the CVOR and felt an instant affinity. I've been working with nurses from every avenue and level since 1999. I notice that many of you have a fervent passion for what you do, and I got inspired last year to gather your stories. It is suprising how healing the process has been for some people. The stories appeared here for feedback, and now I'm going to do the same with the rest of the book. I'm looking for your feedback and your tips. You can click the Comments link below.
