Introduction I am a single, lesbian mom, to two beautiful girls, ages 8 and 2. I was married to a man for 10 years and we eventually realized that neither of us were happy or had a single thing in common. I realized that I could never be with a man again after him. That said, I am an easy person to get along with, for the most part, we all have our moments, I guess. I cannot stand people who are fake, liars, or are superficial in any way. I don't like people who are so opinionated they cannot listen to reason. People who talk shit about other people tend to really piss me off, so please, don't feed me your bullshit!! I despise drama! I adore all of my friends and would do anything that I can to help them when they need it. I absolutely love catching up with old friends and staying in touch with the new ones I meet along this journey called life. I want to find someone who can accept me for me, make me smile, and accept and love my children as well.
Interests "People are afraid of themselves, of their own reality; their feelings most of all. People talk about how great love is, but that's bullshit. Love hurts. Feelings are disturbing. People are taught that pain is evil and dangerous. How can they deal with love if they're afraid to feel? Pain is meant to wake us up. People try to hide their pain. But they're wrong. Pain is something to carry, like a radio. You feel your strength in the experience of pain. It's all in how you carry it. That's what matters. Pain is a feeling. Your feelings are a part of you. Your own reality. If you feel ashamed of them, and hide them, you're letting society destroy your reality. You should stand up for your right to feel your pain.” ~Jim Morrison~ “The longer I live, the more I realize the impact of attitude on life. Attitude, to me, is more important than facts. It is more important than the past, the education, the money, than circumstances, than failure, than successes, than what other people think or say or do. It is more important than appearance, giftedness or skill. It will make or break a company... a church... a home. The remarkable thing is we have a choice everyday regarding the attitude we will embrace for that day. We cannot change our past... we cannot change the fact that people will act in a certain way. We cannot change the inevitable. The only thing we can do is play on the one string we have, and that is our attitude. I am convinced that life is 10% what happens to me and 90% of how I react to it. And so it is with you... we are in charge of our Attitudes.”
