| Introduction | I'm a mid-fifties woman, who has had a very long, unhealthy relationship with alcohol. I want to be sober. I want to be free from the misery of drinking. I want the peace and contentment that will follow. More importantly, I want to stop focusing on the self-talk, "that I'm bad", because I'm not. I'm human with problems and behaviors which get in the way with having a good life. This is a work-in-progress for a better life. |
