| Introduction | It's hard to believe I've been teaching for 20 years, 19 of them in Kindergarten! I absolutely love teaching the little one's. It is amazing to be to think that I get to be a part of where it all begins: the friendships, the learning, the accomplishments. I also love being at the start of this learning journey for you, the parents. The tears at the beginning of JK as your baby goes to school for the first time, celebrating the achievements, navigating the bumps and joining you in the tears at the end of SK when your little one joins the ranks of the big kids at Highview. My husband, Keith, and I live in the area and have watched our two boys thrive and succeed at Highview. We can't believe they are in Grades 8 and 5 already. My kids and yours are in an amazing school. One that provides artistic, athletic, creative, musical and academic opportunities. I taught in Scarborough for 5 years before moving to York Region. I have been at Highview for 8 years now. |

| Interests | I enjoy spending time with my family at our cottage. I like to read, travel and recently took up knitting. It took me a year to finish a pair of socks, so no requests please! |
