Which is more important to you and why: flexibility or expandability?
Flexibility. In the political world, you cannot do anything without compromise. Especially for republicans in this congress. Flexibility is how you get things done. Expandability is important in that it needs to be limited as much as possible, or reversed. Expansion of the federal government only causes more problems.
