| Introduction | M. Kobren is a lapsed lawyer, business owner and general wise guy who found he had too much time on his hands when his youngest child left for college. Full of commonsensical observations about public policy, he decided to write this blog when his beautiful and talented wife got tired of listening to them. He is currently a Ph.D student at the University of Maryland where he studies political science. Perhaps he'll graduate one day. |
