Introduction	JON: My name is Jon and I’ve got Parkinson’s Disease. I was diagnosed with PD in 2007 and immediately went and bought every book I could find about the disease. That, I guess, is my approach: when in doubt, read about it. If that doesn’t work, write about it and see if that helps make sense of what is happening. I'll never get back to work, but I’m only in my 50s so don’t feel ready to pack it in. What to do? Well, one thing could be writing this blog – it helps me reflect on what is happening to me. MARIE: I'm Jon's wife, so whatever happens to him happens to me. And Parkinson's happens to the whole family, changing the dynamics, roles, expectations - everything. This blog is a good place to think aloud, and with luck some of it may even be worth reading.
