| Introduction | Come join Akela, Rikki Tikki Tavi, Chil and Mang in the jungle! Formed in 1976 and co-sponsored by the Rockland Lions Club and the Royal Canadian Legion Branch 554 (Rockland), we are fast approaching 30 years of scouting. 1st Rockland is part of the Odawa Area, Voyageur Region and is located approximately 40 kilometres east of downtown Ottawa; however, the City of Clarence-Rockland abuts the border of the City of Ottawa. The City of Clarence-Rockland is a fast growing community that appeals to young families with its mix of urban and rural areas. |
