| Introduction | When 14 year-old Aurelie was first challenged by her parents to learn how to cook at age 11, neither of them had guessed that she would not only follow through the challenge, but also go on to write and publish a healthy eating cookbook who's claim to fame is over 80 recipes that are both delish and nutritious. Now, her family knows her better and watchs out when they hear the phrase "I wonder how ... and ... would taste together..."
