| Introduction | Vern Sharbaugh has been involved in the recruiting process since he was a scholastic athlete. After playing collegiate football and baseball, he started his professional career as a high school teacher and coach. Vern Sharbaugh advanced to the college coaching ranks at four Division I and II universities. Now he is the President of ProHeritage Sport Management Agency representing National Football League players. As a high school coach, college coach/recruiter, professional NFL agent and a parent of scholastic athletes he has experienced the recruiting process from all sides.
