Introduction As many of you know, I have struggled with weight issues all my life. In 2008, I was very structured and disciplined and lost 65 lbs. I felt great and like a new person. But in the summer of 2009 I hurt my back and couldn't exercise. I didnt seem to have the will power to keep myself going. It seemed I only knew one path to fitness and could not vary or throw in any obstacles. Needless to say, I lost focus and now it's 2011 and I'm right back to where I started. This time I want to approach it with much more maturity and longevity. It needs to be a life change NOT a diet. It comes with many internal trials and tribulations. I thought this blog would help me through those rough patches where maybe I could look back and reflect get re-motivated, re-energized and re-dedicated to health and fitness.
