Introduction	In my pre-kids life, I worked as a school counselor in Los Angeles & New York City. These days I'm home with our two children, fielding the issues from the other side. Through this blog I hope to document some special moments for our kids, as well as get some things out of my head - the lessons I want to teach my kids as they grow, but will always wonder if the message got through. I also hope to offer empathy and solidarity to other parents as we all face the day, understanding that everyone does the best they can with what they have. I know the more people in the world who feel supported and heard can only lead to a stronger community for everyone.
