| Introduction | I live by the sea on England's south coast. As I write, my vista is largely garden and 180 degrees of the English Channel. The ferries to and from France pass by regularly and nothing grows - if the wind doesn't get plants, the salt does. But I am working on finding what will grow and in the meantime, the big open skies are good for the soul and inspiring for creativity. |
