Introduction	As humans we agree on lot of things and we disagree on lot more. For the most part less effort goes into to acknowledge and understand about the things we agree while we tend to concentrate on the ones we disagree. I am someone who balances these two in my life and profession. We all have varying degrees of strengths in various disciplines. No one is perfect in everything. It is true that there is always something to learn and I believe in that "something" as achievable & conquerable. Because the moment you think otherwise you will not have the desire to achieve it.
