| Introduction | From 1995 until 2001, he did his Bachelor´s Degree in Economics at Gabriel René Moreno University, Bolivia. Then he moved to Mexico City Where he graduated from National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM) ang got his Master's Degree in Ecoomics with a specialization in Monetary and Financial Economics. After been working at El Colegio de Mexico, PROCIENTEC as a researcher, he got another Master's Degree at Siena University, Italy . He is a member of the Latin American and Caribbean Economic Association (LACEA), Phi Beta Delta Honor Society, and STOREP, an international professional association of economists with academic interests in History of Economic Thought. Arevilca is a columnist for El Deber, El Nuevo Dia and other newspapers in Bolivia, and is the author of some scientific articles on international economics, macroeconomics and economic development.
