| Introduction | After almost ten years in television and film production (with a brief bartending career in the middle) I decided to start a new career doing what I love most, cooking. Cooking for family and friends has always been something that brought me great joy. However with my busy career I was finding less and less time to cook. After a corporate lay off from the television network I was working for I decided to switch gears and follow my other passion into a new career. My company, bonne femme foods, is based in Historic Oella, in Ellicott City, MD. I am married with a 4 year-old and a 1 year-old daughter who keep me very, very busy. |
