The objective of our work is to provide simple, functional ware. We strive for excellence that will withstand the rigors of daily use. Form is driven by function; with finish and glaze determined by that function. The “art” is derived from the beauty that comes from simplicity and purity of form and color. Our pottery relates to contemporary culture in the same way that traditional Japanese, Chinese and Korean pottery related to their cultures.
