Introduction	The basic ingredients for Pico De Gallo are Chile, Tomate y Cebolla(Peppers, Tomato, and Onion), the rest is really up to you. This crossed my mind as I laid in bed last night, pissed at the world I might add, the basic ingredients for happiness have to be related in some way. I read a bumper sticker once that said "what in the world isn't chemistry?" Food, good food is nothing more than chemical equations, my life thus far has had one constant that sadly I have just started to realize, food. I dream about it, think about it, can imagine tastes, love too cook, love to taste, to discover, so therefore this blog will be dedicated to all that makes me happy! FOOD!
