Introduction	Hi there, I'm Vicki, a 32 year old woman looking to lose a recent weight gain and who was recently diagnosed with an overactive thyroid. I am searching - sometimes with a smile and sometimes not! - for alternative options for my thyroid condition to help manage the day to day. I hope by starting and committing to this blog it will keep me inline with eating well and exercising and encourage me to keep going on those tough days!
Favorite movies	I love movies and tv shows and confession time, watch alot! Fave TV Shows are; Weeds, Law and Order, The Office, 30 Rock, The Hills, The City, Parks and Recreation....the list goes on and on!
Favorite music	I love me some rap and hip hop, some pop and the old school rock.
