| Introduction | Male, baby boomer. Teacher of German, French and Spanish. Well-traveled. Episcopalian. Partnered. Pilgrim on the path to get closer to creator. Hobbies: Foreign Languages and cultures, cuisine; haute and otherwise, reading, anthropology, history, piano/guitar, cycling, flea marketing and bargain hunting. Fountain pen collecting and caligraphy. I'm an avid Anglophile. Have lived in Mexico and Germany and have traveled extensively through Canada. My goal someday is to cross Canada by rail. I am generally conservative except in the realm of human rights. I do not quote to people what God would "think" or "feel" about a particular issue. I don't feel I am worthy to make that boastful assumption as I am a humble creation of God on a path to righteousness who stumbles like anyone else along the way. |
