Introduction	I'm a writer, pastor, and yoga teacher from Upstate New York. My first book, Preaching in My Yes Dress, comes out March 1st!
Favorite movies	"Notorious," "The Haunting," "La Ceremonie," "Love, Actually," "The Miracle," "The Silence," oh, lots of other stuff.
Favorite music	Sibelius and Beethoven's symphonies and lots of their other things as well. Ravel, Prokofiev, Les sixes, the Five--lots of those guys. "Ancient Airs and Dances," Percy Grainger and Vaughan Williams (though he does not photograph well). Newer guys: Elvis Costello, Passion Pit, Franz Ferdinand. Oh, more older guys: Bill Evans, John Coltrane, Cannonball Adderley, Charlie Haden...it goes on.
Favorite books	Anything by Edith Wharton, Wallace Stegner. Can't beat Shakespeare. I'm a World War II geek so really like Antony Beevor and William Shirer.
