| Introduction | I am a Pediatric Occupational Therapist at Children's Therapy TEAM. A vast majority of my practice over the last decade has focused on children on the Autism Spectrum, children with sensory processing disorders and behavioral disorders. I have also practiced in rehab and acute care settings in Northwest Arkansas, rehab settings in Kansas and acute care and rehab at Bellevue Hospital in New York City (working with a variety of clients with very diverse cultural backgrounds). What are my hobbies? I love to read. I love to curl up with my kiddos on the couch with a book or a movie. I love to play outside with my kiddos. Honestly, nothing is better than the patio on a summer day with a good book and a glass of iced tea, but this isn’t really a hobby! My kids and my job are my hobbies!!! When you love what you do, you never “work” a day in your life! Even when I read, it is almost always Autism books! |
