| Introduction | Andrew Pike, better known as Pike to the industry is a producer and emcee hailing from Grand Rapids, Michigan. Don't let appearances deceive you, Pike is a musical powerhouse. Though unassuming, Pike is an incorporated musical one stop shop. Putting in work since '05, but you really get the feeling he is just warming up. What sets Pike apart is his musical range, as well as his intricate scope and understanding of what a top notch and precisely finessed job entails. This homie operates by the slogan "never put out weak shit". His music and production back these words up. A talented producer, musician and emcee; a triple threat in every sense of the term. With influences ranging from Miles Davis to Dr. Dre, Pike first began honing his craft back in high school; playing multiple instruments such as the trumpet, piano and later bass and drums. This is also when Andrew first got the fever to rap and produce and hooked up with his For Dollar To Dimes hip hop group fellow emcee Aaron V Dime Van Duinen. Pike and VDime continue to record music today. |
