| Introduction | As my experience in fitness excels even past what my expectations could ever have been, My goal now is to teach and educate others so that they can be grasped by devotion, dedication, and determination as they feel the sensation of becoming fit and healthy. During my freshman through senior year, I became inspired on who I truly wanted to be and how I was on my hands and knees to be motivated to push foward. Now at 18, with 4 years of quality experience from the entire field of fitness I want to give back to the people so they can too exceed their expecations in life and a life of fitness and health. |
