| Introduction | I love running, especially with my best training partner, Ted (a very fit alsation!) I enjoy cycling and swimming and combining all three in a race!I have an ITEC diploma in gym and fitness instruction, a FETAC Train the Trainer award and a Little Athletics Leader. I've completed the ACSM Personal Trainer course and enjoy teaching various classes such as circuits, exercise to music, spinning and step. I really believe that keeping active is key to having a happy and healthy lifestyle. |
