| Introduction | I am Anupama, interior designer by profession and food enthusiast by hobby. I am from Hyderabad, South India. I grew up watching my mom doing a great deal of cooking and learned tips and tricks from her all the way. My mom enjoyed cooking and takes pride in her 'trade mark' recipes! In India, cooking is considered almost a ritual. Like any other cuisine, Indian food is also rich in carbs (rice/bread), protein (lentils/dairy) and minerals (veggies) and of course, extensive use of herbs and spices add that special aroma and flavor to the food. |
