Introduction	When I started practicing yoga, I heard Shiva Rea say that she lives/is Yoga. I didn't understand that then by furthering my studies and physical practice it came to me. Yoga is not just something to be done on a mat. It is a complete mind body connection. Now I can fully say that I live/am Yoga.
