Introduction	I had 5 girls then 3 boys, and I would have planned it that way if I could have. I thought becoming a Grandma at 40 would forever end my awesomeness. It didn't. I am a reluctant blogger, freely admitting to doing it only out of guilt because I don't scrapbook for 3 on down like I did for 1 and 2. I had every intention of doing an awesome, artsy blog like SO many out there but then reality hit. I will forever be grateful to the inventors of Coke Zero. I don't trust people who can't spell. If my kids leave my house able to carry on a conversation without one single use of the word "like" I will consider my entire motherhood experience successful. I long for the day when all 8 of my children realize that no one is perfect and forgive me for everything I have ever done wrong. And in the case of the ones still at home, for those things I haven't done wrong yet but surely will. My babes are the reason for everything I do in life. I love them HARD. Lastly, I owe everything I have to Hughes. He rescued my heart and made my family Eternal. Hughes is everything.
