| Introduction | The name Nook n Cranny was thought of by my very supportive and smart wife. As the name implies, I attempt to inspect every visible nook n Cranny of a house. "Nook 'n' Cranny Home Inspections" was began in 2006 and I began performing home inspections after obtaining my Home inspection certificate through Mohawk College. I have completed many other related courses and training seminars to further my knowledge and education, including joining OAHI to obtain my RHI designation and am a Certified Master Inspector. I work dilligently and honestly to help my clients make an informed and practical decision when it comes to buying, maintaining or selling their home. A home is after all one of the most expensive purchases and investments we will make, and not a decision to be made without as much fact finding and information as possible. |
