| Introduction | So, somehow I have found myself living the mostly uninspired life of a mid-level desk jockey. Motivated by a family member, I have decided to liven things up and try sustaining a more healthy lifestyle. To that end, I recently joined a gym and an outdoor activities group to add a little motion to my woefully inert days. Plus, I've cleared out the clutter --when exactly did my kitchen become a repository for take-out menus--and bulked up my pantry. My hope is to experiment with new ways to prepare the standards, as well as, experiment with new and interesting recipes. My plan is to share some of my experiences (and frustrations) and create a conversation with others choosing their own healthy path! Cheers, LisBleu |
