| Introduction | Double Barrel is 60 acres of swamp, pond, trees, pasture, and brush. Somewhere in there is our house, barn, and garden. KJ and Jake attend the Orr, MN school. Jenny drives school bus for the same distric as well as the local fast food place. Brent is a lineman for a cable company that takes him all over. We raise Katahdin Hair sheep, chickens and sometimes ducks or turkeys. They are to help give us all good food for the table. We also try to include fish from our numerous area lakes, and venison and wild birds that live on and around our property. There are also 2 cats (the mousers), a lab (the hunting dog) and a Maremma sheepdog (protecter of the sheep). Somehow or another there becomes a great peace as we all mesh together and things just seem to work out! |
| Interests | Being outdoors, whether its hunting, fishing, building fence, camping, riding or driving horses, trapping, riding motorcycles, working with the dogs or just relaxing and enjoying the view. |
